Computer Paul, founded IMTP (The Institute of Music Technology and Production) in 2016 after seeing the need for highly skilled and trained professionals in the reggae industry in Jamaica. After spending many years as a top studio musician and producer he realized that in order to maintain the high standards and excellence set by the early creators, we would have to engage, train and mentor the youths moving forward. As we move into the fourth industrial revolution it is essential now more than ever that we prepare our reggae industry to be on par with first world countries in order to be viable and stay competitive. This can only be facilitated by proper technological training in every aspect of our reggae industry.

IMTP offers excellent opportunities with a state of the art modern studio facility, where training is done in the studio, and each student's curriculum is tailored to their specific needs and learning ability. Our motto is "IMTP the future of reggae music" and this we stand by.
